Our Bagels are made the old fashioned way - hand rolled, kettled in water and baked to perfection.  Bagels and Bialys a Platter of thinly sliced Nova Scotia Salmon decorated with Red Bermuda Onions, Sliced Ripe Tomatoes and Cream Cheese, Flavored Cream Cheese and Whipped Butter. Styrofoam Plates, Tablecloth, Forks, Knives and Napkins are available with this package.
